Please ensure you make requests for prescriptions a few days before your medication runs out. All prescriptions are now processed electronically so you will need to nominate a pharmacy in order for us to process your request.

Please allow 3 working days for your prescription to be dispensed.

Any requests for additional items, which are not on repeat, have to be authorised by the doctor.  These prescriptions may take three working days to be issued or may not be available without an appointment.  In order to eliminate mistakes prescriptions may not be requested over the telephone but can be made online, by email or through your nominated pharmacy.

Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) sends your prescription electronically direct to your preferred pharmacy.  Complete this form to let us know which Pharmacy you would like us to send your prescription to.
