The PPG is a group of our registered patients who volunteer to meet with the Practice to discuss services and patient concerns, and support on key patient initiatives:

  • Involved in patient surveys
  • Partner with the Practice on new services, or changing and developing current services
  • Help promote health knowledge and events to the local community

The PPG are members of the National Association for Patient Participation, which shares good practice and connects groups.

Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) was formed a few years ago in order to:

  • Provide a patient’s perspective, ensuring services, plans and activities respond to patients’ needs and priorities
  • Foster positive communication with the wider patient population, building stronger patient–practice relationships
  • Provide practical support to practice teams, eg, conducting and analysing patient surveys, organising health awareness events, etc
  • Help other patients take more responsibility for their health and make informed decisions.

We welcome enquiries from patients who would like to join our patient group.  Please complete the form.
