The Practice is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm each week.
You can contact us for urgent support between 8am and 8.30am and 6pm and 6.30pm Monday to Friday. The Practice is closed on all Public Holidays.

Accessing your practice
The public access Brookside Health Centre is via our main entrance which is adjacent to the public car park at Moa place, Freshwater. There is no public access or parking available via Queens Road. This is a private car park for the use of Doctors, Practice staff and emergency vehicles only.
At Brookside Health Centre there are disabled parking bays adjacent to the front door in the public pay and display car park at the front entrance to the Practice.
We comply with requirements for disabled access and we provide disabled toilet facilities.

Extended Access
Patients registered at Brookside Health Centre (Wight Primary Partnerships ltd) are able to access a range of appointments with GPs, ANPs, Healthcare Assistants and other clinicians, on selected weekday evenings and weekends. To book one of these appointments please speak to one of our Patient Advisors.
