Listening and learning from our patients and their experiences is something we value at Brookside Health Centre, and the use of data often helps us in planning ways we can improve and develop our services. On 24 November 2022, NHS Digital published practice level data showing the number of appointments being given at practices across England, as well as by region and nationally. While this information does show the high number of appointments we are offering, it does not include other requests and work undertaken by the practice such as referrals and reviewing test results, which are important elements of how we care for our patients.
